Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist with 2+ years of experience and a background in Hotel Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support while ensuring a positive experience for guests and clients.

Key Responsibilities

· Welcome and assist visitors, guests, and clients in a professional manner.

· Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.

· Maintain visitor records and coordinate visitor access procedures.

· Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

· Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.

· Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

· Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document management, and office coordination.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and operations.

· Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and hospitality arrangements when required.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or certification in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

· Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, Guest Relations Executive, or similar role.

· Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

· Professional appearance and customer-oriented approach.
