Position: Video Editor cum Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Perumbavoor, Kerala
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Video Editor cum Digital Marketing Executive who can create engaging visual content while managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong video editing skills along with hands-on experience in SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media marketing to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and improve overall digital performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing

Edit high-quality promotional videos, social media videos, advertisements, corporate videos, and marketing campaigns.
Create engaging Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video content.
Perform color correction, audio enhancement, motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects.
Design creative video concepts that align with current social media trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign creatives and promotional content.
Organize and maintain video assets and project files.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality edited videos.

Digital Marketing

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
Create and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads.
Implement SEO strategies including on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Manage social media platforms by scheduling, publishing, and optimizing content.
Generate leads through paid advertising and organic digital marketing strategies.
Track campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar editing software.
Experience in editing Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and social media content.
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, typography, transitions, and motion graphics.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
Experience in Google Ads campaign creation and optimization.
Good knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Understanding of social media algorithms and content optimization.
Basic graphic design skills will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, creativity, and time management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in Video Editing and Digital Marketing.
Freshers with exceptional portfolios and practical digital marketing knowledge may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Creative thinker with strong visual storytelling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Passion for digital content creation and performance marketing.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn emerging marketing technologies and trends.
Experience working with lead generation campaigns and social media content strategies is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
