Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

We are looking for a professional, patient, and customer-focused individual to join our team and deliver exceptional customer service while effectively addressing and resolving customer queries and concerns.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can effectively communicate with customers, understand their concerns, resolve grievances, and provide timely assistance. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm and patient while handling difficult or challenging customer interactions.

Roles and Responsibilities

Customer Support: Handle customer queries and provide accurate information regarding products, orders, delivery, returns, replacements, refunds, and other concerns.
Address Customer Grievances: Listen carefully to customer complaints, understand their issues, and provide appropriate solutions in a professional manner.
Order Assistance: Assist customers with order-related queries, including order status, delivery updates, cancellations, returns, and replacements.
Issue Resolution: Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, warehouse, logistics, and accounts to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Customer Communication: Communicate with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other customer support channels.
Follow-Up: Regularly follow up on unresolved complaints and ensure that customer issues are closed within the expected timeline.
Maintain Records: Maintain proper records of customer complaints, queries, resolutions, and follow-ups.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a positive customer experience by providing polite, helpful, and timely support.
Escalation Management: Identify serious or unresolved issues and escalate them to the concerned senior or department.
Feedback Collection: Record customer feedback and communicate recurring issues to the relevant team for improvement.
Professional Behaviour: Remain calm, patient, polite, and professional while handling difficult or upset customers.

Job Requirements

Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
Experience: Freshers can apply. Prior experience in customer support, telecalling, e-commerce, or a related field will be an advantage.
Language Skills: Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Communication: Strong listening and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Patience: Must be calm, patient, and composed while handling customer complaints and difficult situations.
Problem-Solving: Ability to understand customer problems and provide practical and appropriate solutions.
Customer Focus: A positive attitude and strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, email, and MS Office is preferred.
Other Skills: Ability to multitask, manage multiple customer queries, and work effectively in a team.
