Full job description

1. Staff Duty Roster & Attendance Coordination

Prepare, maintain, and monitor staff duty schedules and shift rosters.
Ensure adequate manpower availability across departments.
Coordinate with department heads regarding shift changes, weekly offs, and leave planning.
Monitor attendance-related concerns and escalate discrepancies to the HR department.

2. Uniform Management

Ensure all employees adhere to the company uniform policy.
Maintain records of uniform issuance and inventory.
Coordinate uniform procurement, distribution, replacement, and stock management.
Conduct regular checks to ensure proper grooming and professional appearance standards.

3. Clinic Administration & Operations

Oversee daily administrative operations of the clinic.
Ensure clinic infrastructure, facilities, and equipment are maintained properly.
Monitor patient waiting areas, reception, consultation rooms, and treatment areas for operational readiness.
Support smooth functioning of all departments by resolving administrative issues promptly.

4. Stationery & Inventory Management

Maintain adequate stock of stationery and office supplies.
Track consumption and prepare periodic inventory reports.
Coordinate with vendors for procurement and timely replenishment.
Ensure cost-effective utilization of office supplies.

5. Housekeeping Management

Supervise housekeeping staff and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the clinic.
Conduct daily inspections of clinic premises.
Ensure availability of cleaning materials and housekeeping supplies.
Monitor hygiene standards in compliance with company policies.

6. Vendor & Facility Coordination

Coordinate with local vendors for maintenance, repairs, and operational requirements.
Ensure timely servicing of office equipment and facilities.
Maintain vendor records, quotations, and service agreements.
Follow up on maintenance requests and issue resolution.

7. Local Administrative Concerns

Handle day-to-day local operational and administrative issues.
Coordinate with building management, local authorities, and service providers when required.
Ensure compliance with local administrative requirements and clinic policies.
Resolve facility-related concerns in a timely manner.

8. Compliance & Documentation

Maintain administrative records, registers, and documentation.
Support audits and inspections by ensuring required documents are readily available.
Ensure adherence to company policies and administrative procedures.

9. Employee Support

Act as the first point of contact for administrative support to employees.
Address facility, infrastructure, and workplace-related concerns.
Coordinate with HR and Operations teams for employee welfare initiatives.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
