Job Description and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the Enterprise sales strategy for Nomad eSIM within the Travel Sector.
Create and execute targeted market outreach plans to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
Identify and pursue strategic opportunities across:
Build, manage, and grow strong customer and executive relationships.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring effective lead prioritization, follow-up, and conversion.
Work closely with Inside Sales, Product, Account Management, and other cross-functional teams.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, pipeline development, and revenue growth.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Lead the complete enterprise sales process, including:
Product demos
Proposals
RFPs
Contract negotiations
SOWs
POs
Invoicing
Commercial negotiations
Drive enterprise software and digital connectivity deals from prospecting through closure.
Build long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Represent Nomad at relevant industry conferences and events, with approximately 15% travel.
Contribute to the growth of Nomad's B2C, Enterprise/B2B2C, and Wholesale connectivity ecosystem where relevant.
Help position Nomad as an enterprise connectivity and eSIM infrastructure partner for global travel businesses.
Job Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Consulting, or Marketing.
Proven track record of selling to companies in the Travel Sector.
Established network and relationships with travel-industry stakeholders and decision-makers.
Strong understanding of travel ancillary products and services.
Experience selling:
Strong enterprise business development and consultative selling capabilities.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
Deep understanding of:
Enterprise sales cycles
Market trends
Customer behavior
Pipeline management
Revenue forecasting
Hands-on experience managing the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, including demos, RFPs, proposals, negotiations, contracts, SOWs, POs, and commercial closure.
Excellent English communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Additional foreign-language capability is an advantage.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, global environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, commercially driven, and results-oriented.
Strong focus on customer experience and relationship management.
eSIM, telecom, roaming, or digital connectivity experience is an advantage.
Experience selling into airlines, travel agencies, hotels, airports, cruise companies, tour operators, fintechs, or travel platforms is highly relevant.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
MBA is an advantage.
Willingness to travel approximately 15% of the time for conferences and customer/business meetings.
