Social Media Executive

Experience: 2–4 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive who can take ownership of our social media presence and develop engaging content ideas that strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing social media pages and a strong understanding of short-form video content, reels, trends, storytelling, and creative content strategies. We are looking for someone who can not only execute content plans but also bring innovative ideas for videos and social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and maintain the company's social media pages across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

· Develop creative and innovative ideas for Reels, short-form videos, posts, stories, and other social media content.

· Identify trending topics, formats, sounds, themes, and content styles relevant to the brand.

· Create and maintain a social media content calendar and ensure timely publishing.

· Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to convert ideas into engaging social media content.

· Provide creative concepts and briefs for video shoots, reels, animations, and other visual content.

· Take ownership of the complete social media content process—from idea generation and planning to publishing and performance tracking.

· Write or coordinate engaging captions, hooks, CTAs, hashtags, and post descriptions.

· Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience behaviour to identify new content opportunities.

· Track page performance, engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, and other relevant metrics.

· Analyse content performance and suggest improvements based on data and audience response.

· Manage comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.

· Experiment with new content formats and creative approaches to improve engagement and reach.

· Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and other internal/external resources when required.

· Stay updated with changes in social media algorithms, platform features, and emerging trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management.

· Proven experience managing and growing social media pages.

· Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form videos, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

· Excellent creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh and innovative video/content ideas.

· Strong understanding of social media trends and what makes content engaging and shareable.

· Experience in developing content calendars and social media strategies.

· Good knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.

· Strong communication and copywriting skills.

· Ability to write compelling hooks, captions, and CTAs.

· Ability to work independently, manage multiple content requirements, and meet deadlines.

· Basic understanding of video editing/design tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools will be an advantage.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is creative, trend-aware, proactive, and execution-oriented—someone who can look at a social media page and immediately identify what can be improved, what content can be created, and how the brand can generate better engagement.

A strong portfolio of social media pages, campaigns, Reels, or video content will be highly preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
