Full job description

Role Overview

The Account & Project Manager will be responsible for taking projects from client requirement → internal briefing → execution → approvals → production → delivery → closure.

You will coordinate between clients, creative teams, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within approved scope and with the required quality.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys organizing work, solving problems and making sure things actually get done.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management

Understand client requirements and convert them into clear internal briefs.
Maintain professional communication with clients.
Coordinate feedback, revisions and approvals.
Maintain project status and proactively communicate delays or risks.
Build strong working relationships with clients.

Project Management

Create project timelines and execution plans.
Assign and coordinate tasks with designers, vendors and external specialists.
Track every project from initiation to final delivery.
Ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
Maintain project documentation and approval records.
Follow Ryze's SOPs and project workflow.

Creative & Artwork Coordination

Coordinate with designers for artwork development.
Ensure artwork follows approved brief and brand guidelines.
Manage artwork correction cycles.
Coordinate client approvals before production.
Ensure no artwork goes into production without the required approval.

Vendor & Production Coordination

Coordinate with printers, manufacturers, fabricators and other vendors.
Obtain quotations and compare commercial proposals.
Follow up on production timelines.
Coordinate dispatch and delivery.
Escalate quality, cost or timeline issues immediately.

Internal Operations

Maintain project trackers.
Conduct regular project follow-ups.
Ensure proper documentation of client approvals.
Identify bottlenecks before they become problems.
Help continuously improve Ryze's operating processes.

Key Performance Indicators

>90% projects delivered on or before committed timelines
Minimal avoidable execution errors
Effective project tracking and documentation
Timely client communication
Controlled revision cycles
Vendor follow-up and delivery adherence
Zero unauthorized production
Client satisfaction and repeat business support

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

Highly organized
Excellent at follow-ups
Strong in communication
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented
Proactive rather than reactive
Good at handling pressure and deadlines
Comfortable coordinating with vendors
Commercially aware
Strong in MS Excel / Google Sheets / project management tools

Preferred Background

Candidates from advertising agencies, marketing agencies, pharma marketing, healthcare communication, printing/production, corporate gifting or brand activation companies will be preferred.
