Job Description – E-commerce Marketplace Executive – Amazon & Flipkart

The candidate will independently manage Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub, ensuring product listings are accurate, complete, and optimized for visibility and conversion. Responsibilities include creating and improving titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, attributes, images, backend search terms, and A+ content. The candidate will audit catalogs, identify gaps, coordinate with design and content teams, and manage product launches. Advertising responsibilities will include planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing PPC campaigns, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, bids, budgets, targeting, and search terms. The candidate must focus on improving ROAS and controlling ACOS and TACOS while increasing sales and organic contribution.

The role will also involve monitoring performing SKUs, developing growth plans, managing deals, coupons, discounts, promotions, and sale events, and coordinating inventory to prevent stock-outs. The candidate will monitor pricing, Buy Box, competition, ratings, reviews, returns, customer feedback, marketplace fees, and account health. They will proactively resolve listing and account issues and coordinate with Amazon and Flipkart support or account managers when required. Regular competitor analysis covering pricing, keywords, offers, listings, and advertising strategies will be expected. Daily, weekly, and monthly reports should present sales, advertising performance, organic growth, traffic, conversion, and actionable insights.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Amazon and Flipkart marketplace operations, SEO, listing optimization, keyword research, PPC advertising, and marketplace analytics. A understanding of ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and organic sales contribution is essential. Analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets are required.

Candidates with experience in Beauty, Personal Care, Cosmetics, FMCG, or D2C brands will be preferred. Experience managing multiple SKUs, improving organic rankings, increasing marketplace sales, and coordinating directly with marketplace account managers will be an advantage. Performance will be evaluated through sales growth, organic growth, advertising efficiency, profitability, ranking, catalog quality, conversion improvement, inventory availability, account health, successful launches, and timely reporting.
