Full job description

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and experienced Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the Elevator / Lift Industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, handling elevator sales enquiries and achieving assigned sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Generate new business opportunities and develop the elevator sales pipeline.

· Identify and approach potential customers, builders, contractors, architects, consultants and developers.

· Handle enquiries related to Passenger Lifts, Goods Lifts and other elevator solutions.

· Conduct customer meetings, site visits and product presentations.

· Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the Engineering / Design / Estimation Team for suitable solutions.

· Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and commercial offers.

· Negotiate with customers and support the team in closing sales.

· Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.

· Regularly follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations and pending orders.

· Coordinate with internal departments including Engineering, Production, Purchase, Accounts and Installation to ensure smooth execution of orders.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.

· Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

· Maintain proper records of leads, customer visits, quotations and sales activities.

· Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the management.

REQUIRED SKILLS

· Strong knowledge of the Elevator / Lift Industry.

· Good understanding of elevator products, applications and basic technical specifications.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.

· Ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into orders.

· Good follow-up and presentation skills.

· Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

· Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel / CRM or Sales Reporting Tools.

· Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.

ELIGIBILITY

· Minimum 2 years of relevant Sales experience in the Elevator / Lift Industry is mandatory.

· Candidates with experience in Elevator Manufacturing, Elevator Sales, Projects, Dealers, Builders, Contractors or Consultants will be preferred.

· Graduate / Diploma / MBA in Marketing or a related field will be an added advantage.

· Candidates with a proven sales track record will be preferred.
