Job Description

Tagore Society for Rural Development (TSRD) is looking for a Digital / Performance Marketer to plan, execute, manage, and optimise digital marketing campaigns that strengthen the organisation's online presence, increase awareness, drive engagement, and support its social development and community initiatives.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing performance-driven digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and other relevant digital channels. The role involves campaign planning, audience targeting, budget management, performance analysis, optimisation, reporting, and coordination with the creative and content teams.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, paid advertising, social media marketing, analytics, SEO, content promotion, and campaign optimisation. The candidate should be comfortable working with data and using insights to improve campaign performance and achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital and performance marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.
Manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other suitable platforms.
Develop campaign strategies based on objectives, target audiences, budgets, and expected outcomes.
Conduct audience research, segmentation, targeting, and retargeting.
Create and manage campaign structures, ad sets, audiences, budgets, and performance objectives.
Monitor campaign performance and optimise campaigns based on key metrics.
Track reach, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, engagement, leads, and ROI/ROAS, wherever applicable.
Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities for improving performance.
Prepare regular campaign and digital performance reports with actionable insights.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and project teams to develop effective campaign creatives and content.
Support the growth of TSRD's social media channels and digital communities.
Develop strategies for increasing website traffic, social engagement, video views, leads, and overall digital visibility.
Support SEO, keyword research, Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA4, and website performance initiatives.
Monitor digital trends, audience behaviour, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
Assist in developing digital strategies for TSRD's projects, CSR initiatives, awareness campaigns, events, and social-impact programmes.
Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and quality.

AI & Digital Innovation

Use AI-powered tools to support campaign planning, audience research, content ideation, creative development, data analysis, reporting, and marketing optimisation.
Use tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, or similar platforms to improve marketing productivity and campaign execution.
Explore AI-assisted solutions for content creation, audience insights, campaign analysis, automation, and workflow improvement.
Stay updated with emerging AI and digital marketing technologies and identify practical applications for TSRD's communication and outreach initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or paid media.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Good understanding of social media marketing and paid campaign management.
Knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4, Search Console, and digital marketing analytics.
Understanding of SEO, keyword research, website traffic, and conversion optimisation.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Ability to prepare and understand campaign performance reports.
Good understanding of digital advertising metrics and KPIs.
Practical knowledge of AI tools for digital marketing and content creation.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience in managing campaigns with measurable lead generation, engagement, traffic, or conversion results.
Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, email marketing, marketing automation, or CRM platforms.
Experience in YouTube marketing and video campaign promotion.
Basic understanding of landing-page optimisation and conversion funnels.
Experience with AI-powered marketing, automation, analytics, or content-generation tools.
Experience working with an NGO, CSR organisation, development organisation, social enterprise, media organisation, or creative/digital agency will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is creative, analytical, performance-focused, curious about new technologies, and comfortable working with data. The candidate should be able to combine marketing strategy with practical execution and use both digital platforms and AI tools to achieve measurable results.

Experience or interest in social-impact communication, rural development, CSR, community initiatives, and awareness campaigns will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
