Front Desk Executive – Guru360 Training Academy

Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Job Overview

Guru360 Training Academy is looking for a friendly, confident, and organized Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and prospective learners. The role involves managing front-desk operations, handling inquiries, supporting admissions activities, and coordinating with students and internal teams to ensure a smooth academy experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome students, parents, visitors, and guests professionally.
Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Provide basic information about Guru360's courses, training programs, batches, schedules, and admission process.
Register and maintain records of student and visitor inquiries.
Coordinate appointments between prospective students and the Educational Counselor/Admissions Team.
Follow up with prospective students regarding visits, counseling sessions, and admissions.
Maintain student attendance, inquiry records, and other front-office documentation.
Coordinate with trainers, counselors, and management for day-to-day academy activities.
Handle basic administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, filing, data entry, and document management.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Assist students with basic queries and direct them to the appropriate department.
Support the admissions team with telecalling and lead follow-ups when required.
Maintain confidentiality of student and company information.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, professional, and approachable personality.
Good interpersonal and customer-service skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle students and parents patiently and professionally.
Good Hindi and English communication skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced educational environment.

These responsibilities are consistent with common front-desk roles in educational institutes, which typically combine visitor handling, phone communication, records management, administrative support, and basic admissions coordination.

Eligibility

Education: Graduate preferred.
Experience: 0–2 years in front desk, receptionist, customer service, administration, or education-sector roles.
Freshers: Candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
