About This Opportunity:
Ericsson is seeking an accomplished Technical Authority Expert to join our Managed Services division, supporting the Ericsson Operations Engine initiative. In this pivotal role, you will leverage specialized domain expertise across the complete project lifecycle—from Create through Sustain to Evolve phases. You will serve as a strategic technical resource, driving innovation and operational excellence across our technology-driven transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize automation-based solutions with comprehensive troubleshooting and resolution capabilities
Lead recovery process improvements and implement best practices for service restoration
Provide advanced technical guidance to domain support and automated operations teams
Collaborate with automation and analytics teams to apply specialized domain knowledge and drive insights
Establish and refine automated Service Delivery methodologies to enhance operational efficiency
Monitor trends and performance patterns to anticipate service disruptions and enable proactive remediation

Required Expertise:
Ericsson Operations Engine and Mode of Operations
Automation frameworks and technologies
Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
Network performance optimization and analysis
End-to-end customer experience management
Network virtualization technologies
Problem and incident management
Telecom domain knowledge and best practices
Ericsson Customer Experience Assurance (CEA) competencies
Service Request Fulfillment (OMS) processes
MS TOP platform experience
System administration
Data security principles and practices

Qualifications
4–9 years of progressive experience in Telecom and IT domains
Demonstrated expertise in technical leadership and solution architecture
Strong analytical and communication skills
