Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive Intern to join our Sales & Business Development team.

The intern will be responsible for helping Apphix grow its global client base by identifying potential businesses, reaching out to decision-makers, introducing our IT services, generating qualified leads, scheduling meetings, and supporting the sales process from initial outreach to conversion.

You will get hands-on experience in B2B international sales, lead generation, email outreach, client communication, sales pipeline management, and IT services sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting

Research and identify potential clients and businesses globally.
Find relevant decision-makers, founders, business owners, and technology heads.
Build and maintain a database of qualified prospects.
Identify companies that may benefit from Apphix's IT and development services.

Email & Direct Outreach

Conduct daily B2B email outreach to potential clients.
Create personalized outreach messages based on the prospect's business and requirements.
Follow up consistently with interested and potential clients.
Reach out through relevant professional channels when required.
Generate interest in Apphix's services and initiate conversations with prospects.

Client Communication

Introduce Apphix and explain our services to potential clients.
Understand the prospect's business requirements and identify potential opportunities.
Answer basic questions regarding our services and development capabilities.
Maintain professional communication with prospects throughout the sales process.

Meeting & Lead Conversion

Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the sales/management team.
Follow up with prospects before and after meetings.
Help move qualified leads through the sales funnel.
Maintain regular communication with potential clients until the opportunity is closed or disqualified.

Sales Pipeline Management

Build and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Update lead status, follow-ups, requirements, and meeting information.
Track prospects from initial outreach → response → meeting → proposal → negotiation → conversion.
Ensure no qualified lead is missed due to lack of follow-up.

Business Growth & Sales

Actively contribute to generating new business for Apphix.
Work towards achieving assigned sales and lead-generation targets.
Identify new markets, industries, and client segments for IT services.
Suggest new approaches and strategies to improve outreach and conversion.
Contribute directly to the company's global sales growth.
