Full job description

Job Purpose

To provide first- and second-line IT support to Omega employees at the Delhi Back Office and remotely to the Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices. The role will handle day-to-day hardware, software, network, Microsoft 365 and user support while ensuring IT security, compliance and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide on-site IT support in Delhi and remote support to Dubai and Abu Dhabi users.

· Troubleshoot Windows desktops/laptops, printers, scanners, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams and business applications.

· Install, configure and maintain computers, peripherals and other IT equipment.

· Manage user accounts, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, shared mailboxes and access permissions.

· Support LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP and IP telephony issues.

· Manage IT tickets, prioritise incidents and resolve issues within agreed SLAs.

· Support employee onboarding/offboarding, including account and equipment management.

· Maintain IT assets, software licences, equipment inventory and technical documentation.

· Ensure endpoint security and promptly report any suspected security incidents.

· Coordinate with vendors and service providers and follow issues through to resolution.

· Maintain confidentiality of company, client and employee information.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT support, desktop support or service desk roles.

· Hands-on experience with Windows, Active Directory and Microsoft 365.

· Knowledge of basic networking, DNS, DHCP and troubleshooting.

· Experience with ticketing systems and SLA-based support.

· Good written and spoken English.

· Experience in insurance, banking or another regulated industry is an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
