Full job description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer & UI/UX Developer to join our growing team in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in website design, UI/UX, front-end development, and modern design tools. You will be responsible for designing visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly websites while collaborating with the development and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design modern, responsive, and user-friendly website interfaces.
Convert Figma/Photoshop designs into responsive HTML/CSS pages.
Develop and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress.
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UI components.
Ensure websites are optimized for speed, usability, and SEO best practices.
Collaborate with developers, marketing, and business teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Maintain version control using Git and GitHub.
Utilize AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and ChatGPT to improve productivity.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design systems, and web technologies.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.
Experience in responsive website design.
Knowledge of Git and GitHub.
Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.).
WordPress knowledge is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Experience working with real estate, digital agencies, or corporate websites is an added advantage.
