We're searching for a creative Intermediate Video Editor who enjoys transforming raw footage into compelling, high-retention videos. This role is ideal for someone who understands more than just cutting clips—you should know how to build a story, maintain viewer engagement, and create polished edits with professional finishing touches.

What You'll Be Doing
As part of our editing team, you'll be responsible for:
- Producing engaging short-form videos for digital platforms.
- Structuring edits that keep viewers watching from beginning to end.
- Choosing the strongest footage to create smooth, compelling narratives.
- Applying professional color correction and cinematic grading.
- Designing modern motion graphics and animated visual elements when required.
- Creating clean, readable animated subtitles.
- Enhancing videos with music, sound effects, and balanced audio.
- Using AI-powered editing tools whenever they improve quality or speed.
- Delivering completed projects on schedule while maintaining consistent quality.
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for editors who have:
- Previous experience editing professional video content.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Experience creating motion graphics and simple animations.
- Basic audio editing and sound design skills.
- The ability to accept feedback and continually improve.
- A willingness to adopt new editing techniques and AI-assisted workflows.
Learning & Development
Every production team has its own creative style. If you're selected, we'll provide guidance, feedback, and training to help you become comfortable with our workflow. We believe in helping talented editors grow over time.
Project-Based Compensation
Payment depends on the type and complexity of each assignment.
Level 1 – Story-Based Edit
Compensation: $17 USD per completed video
Typical work includes:
- Story structure
- Clip selection
- Smooth pacing
- Color correction and grading
- Standard transitions
This level generally does not require advanced motion graphics, animated captions, or detailed sound design.
Level 2 – Complete Short-Form Production
Compensation: $40 USD per video (up to 60 seconds)
Typical work includes:
- Advanced storytelling
- Professional pacing
- Color grading
- Motion graphics
- Animated captions
- Sound design
- AI-assisted editing where appropriate
This represents our standard premium editing package for short-form content.
Level 3A – Advanced Motion Graphics Project
Compensation: $47 USD per completed video
Projects may include:
- Complex motion graphics
- Dynamic animations
- Visual effects
- High-quality sound design
- Premium production quality
Suitable for content that depends heavily on animation and motion design.
Level 3B – Premium Real Estate Content
Compensation: $47 USD per completed video
Projects typically involve:
- Real estate promotional videos
- Cinematic storytelling
- Motion graphics
- Professional color grading
- Sound design
- AI-assisted enhancements when appropriate
Designed for high-end promotional and property marketing content.
