Admin Executive

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 2–4 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, along with experience in office administration and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage office administration and ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement when required.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for senior management.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and courier services.
Maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems.
Coordinate with internal departments to provide administrative support.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
Ensure the office environment is organized, well-maintained, and productive.
Support general office activities and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Administration, Office Coordination, or Executive Support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a corporate or fast-paced business environment.
Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and business processes.
