Full job description

Job Summary

The Facility Admin Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day administrative activities, coordinating facility operations, maintaining records, supporting HR and statutory compliance, vendor management, and ensuring smooth office and site operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration

Manage daily administrative operations of the office and client sites.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and documentation.
Coordinate housekeeping, pest control, security, and maintenance activities.
Prepare reports, MIS, and operational documentation.
Handle office correspondence, filing, and document management.

HR & Payroll Support

Maintain employee joining, exit, and personnel files.
Coordinate employee onboarding and induction.
Track attendance and submit payroll inputs.
Maintain statutory records and employee documentation.

Statutory Compliance

Maintain records related to:
PF
ESI
Labour License
Professional Tax (PT)
Bonus
Gratuity
Coordinate with consultants for statutory compliance.
Ensure employee documents are updated as per labour law requirements.

Vendor Management

Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Raise purchase requests and maintain stock records.
Verify invoices and submit for payment processing.
Monitor vendor performance and service quality.

Operations Support

Coordinate manpower deployment.
Track employee attendance and absenteeism.
Support client visits and site inspections.
Resolve client and employee queries promptly.

Documentation & MIS

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Maintain asset registers and inventory.
Update client records and service reports.
Maintain AMC and service documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
