Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven, strategic, and leadership-oriented IT Product Sales Head who can lead the complete product sales function, drive revenue growth, build high-performing sales teams, and scale product adoption across target markets.

The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in SaaS sales, technology product sales, B2B solution selling, business expansion, and sales team management. This role requires strategic thinking, strong business acumen, leadership capabilities, and the ability to build scalable sales processes.

As the IT Product Sales Head, you will be responsible for leading product sales initiatives, developing growth strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and driving overall sales performance for the organization’s technology products.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the complete IT product sales function across multiple product domains.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
Build, mentor, and manage high-performing product sales teams.
Drive B2B sales for SaaS products, CRM systems, automation platforms, and technology solutions.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion possibilities.
Establish scalable sales processes, sales pipelines, and performance metrics.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct strategic client meetings, negotiations, and enterprise-level presentations.
Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business goals.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to drive business decisions.
Develop strong client relationships and ensure long-term customer retention.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, revenue analysis, and business growth reports for management.
Contribute towards product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and revenue planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of experience in IT Product Sales / SaaS Sales / Technology Sales.
Prior experience in leading and managing sales teams is mandatory.
Strong understanding of B2B sales, consultative selling, and solution-based selling.
Proven track record of achieving revenue and business growth targets.
Experience in selling SaaS products, CRM systems, automation platforms, ERP solutions, or technology services preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong business development and strategic planning capabilities.
Ability to build scalable sales systems and drive performance-oriented culture.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Comfortable with client meetings, business networking, and strategic partnerships.
MBA in Marketing / Business Management will be an added advantage.
