Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Knowledge & Insights plays a critical role within Coca‑Cola’s Digital organization by transforming information, data, and organizational knowledge into actionable business insights that accelerate digital transformation outcomes. This role will help establish a knowledge-driven culture that enables faster decision-making, strengthens cross-functional collaboration, and increases the adoption of digital, data, and AI-enabled capabilities across the enterprise.

As Coca‑Cola scales its digital growth engine, the Senior Manager will design and mature enterprise knowledge and insight practices that connect strategic priorities, digital programs, business outcomes, and employee experiences. The role will work across digital product teams, business functions, operating units, and external partners to identify patterns, capture lessons learned, surface emerging opportunities, and create scalable mechanisms that improve organizational effectiveness and value realization.

What You will do for us

Develop and execute an enterprise knowledge and insights strategy that supports Coca‑Cola’s digital transformation and business priorities.

Establish scalable frameworks, processes, and governance to capture, organize, curate, and share critical business, digital, and operational knowledge.

Partner with digital product teams, data teams, and business stakeholders to identify insights that drive growth, productivity, adoption, and business value.

Create and maintain knowledge repositories, intelligence hubs, and digital collaboration environments that enhance organizational learning and decision-making.

Analyze qualitative and quantitative information from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and emerging business needs.

Translate complex digital, data, and artificial intelligence topics into clear, actionable insights tailored to diverse audience groups.

Lead the development of executive-ready reporting, dashboards, communications, and insight narratives that support strategic decision-making.

Drive continuous improvement through lessons-learned programs, knowledge-sharing communities, and best practice frameworks.

Measure and monitor knowledge management effectiveness, adoption, engagement, and business impact using meaningful performance indicators.

Support change management and organizational readiness efforts by ensuring employees have access to relevant knowledge, insights, and learning resources.

Collaborate with technology, analytics, and governance teams to enhance information quality, accessibility, security, and usability.

Promote a culture of curiosity, experimentation, data literacy, and knowledge sharing across the Digital organization and broader enterprise.
Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, Data Analytics, Knowledge Management, Organizational Development, Information Systems, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in knowledge management, business intelligence, insights, strategy, analytics, organizational learning, digital transformation, or related disciplines.

Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise knowledge management or organizational learning solutions.

Strong understanding of digital transformation, data-driven operating models, and modern business enablement practices.

Experience leveraging analytics, reporting tools, and insights methodologies to influence business decisions and strategic priorities.

Proven ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience developing executive presentations, business narratives, dashboards, and performance reporting.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across matrixed organizations without direct authority.

Knowledge of artificial intelligence, generative AI, intelligent search, and emerging technologies that enhance knowledge discovery and decision-making.

Experience driving user adoption, change management, and organizational capability-building initiatives.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced global environment.
