About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to manage the complete employee lifecycle for our India operations. This role involves delivering end-to-end HR support, acting as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, and ensuring compliance with policies on employee relations. You will collaborate with business leaders and regional HR partners to provide strategic and operational guidance, maintain accurate HRMS and payroll records, and oversee onboarding and background checks. Additionally, you will prepare productivity reports, drive process improvements, and align local practices with global HR standards.
What You’ll Be Doing:
End-to-End HR Support: Manage the entire employee lifecycle for India, from
onboarding to exit including generating offer letters, updating HRMS tool, and
preparing exit letters.
HR Support: Serve as the primary contact for employees and managers, addressing
HR queries and requests promptly while maintaining strict confidentiality
Employee Relations: Handle disciplinaries, grievances, performance issues, and
terminations in line with policy.
Partner with Leaders: Provide operational and strategic HR advice to business
leaders and collaborate with the Regional HR Business Partner.
HRMS & Payroll: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely payroll
input submission.
Onboarding Coordination: Liaise with admin and other teams to ensure smooth
and timely onboarding of new hires.
Background Check: Will be responsible for initiating and monitoring background
checks for candidates in the vendor portal and timely reporting of any challenges
and observations to HRBP.
Reporting: Prepare and publish monthly productivity and KPI reports.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline HR
processes for efficiency.
Global Collaboration: Align HR practices with global standards and support crosslocation initiatives.
Any other duties as directed by the HR Business partner.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualification: Minimum graduate with specialization in HR (MBA preferred)
Work Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in India HR Operations
A good understanding of the principles of good HR practice
A good knowledge of employment law and practices

Highly organised with ability to plan, delegate prioritise and multitask.
Ability to communicate clearly, persuasively and with confidence at all levels.
Listening and counselling skills with an ability to handle difficult and confrontational situations.
Self-motivated, with an ability to manage own workload with minimum supervision.

Previous experience in a similar India HR Operations role.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective working relationships with peers and Managers alike.

Proven experience in MS Office products, specifically with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
