About the Role

ORN Vacation Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive / HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Hebbal, Bangalore.

We are looking for candidates with 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Recruitment, Candidate Sourcing, Screening, Interview Coordination or End-to-End Recruitment.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates through job portals and professional networks, screening profiles, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers and following up with candidates until joining.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, social media, referrals and recruitment databases.
Identify and attract suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Screen resumes and shortlist relevant profiles.
Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.
Understand candidate experience, skills, salary expectations, notice period and career preferences.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Schedule and follow up on interviews to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
Support hiring across multiple departments and job categories.
Handle volume hiring, bulk hiring and multiple open positions when required.
Coordinate offer discussions and assist with salary negotiation and offer rollout.
Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
Update recruitment status and hiring pipelines regularly.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent pool for current and future requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
Work towards defined closure timelines and hiring SLAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Recruitment, Recruitment Executive or HR Recruiter roles.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and interview coordination.
Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other job portals.
Good knowledge of recruitment sourcing techniques and Boolean search will be an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong candidate engagement and relationship-management skills.
Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and recruitment trackers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven recruitment environment.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recruitment records.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive, HR Recruiter, Recruitment Executive, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruitment Consultant or HR Executive – Recruitment.
Experience handling end-to-end recruitment independently.
Experience in Non-IT Recruitment, Corporate Hiring, Bulk Hiring or Volume Hiring will be an advantage.
Experience hiring for Customer Support, BPO, Sales, Operations, Travel, Hospitality or Corporate roles will be preferred.
Candidates familiar with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing and recruitment databases will be preferred.
Candidates with experience managing multiple vacancies and tight hiring timelines will have an advantage.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
