Full job description

Position: Personal Assistant (PA) to CGM
Location: Ahmedabad
Industry: Hospitality / Hotel Industry
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, or similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the CGM's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and follow up with department heads to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and business correspondence.
Screen calls, emails, and visitors, ensuring effective communication and prioritization.
Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
Organize meetings, conferences, and internal/external business events.
Maintain records, documents, contracts, and important files systematically.
Act as a liaison between the CGM and internal/external stakeholders.
Assist in administrative, operational, and strategic activities as directed by the CGM.
Track deadlines, commitments, and pending actions across departments.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
Professional demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills.
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Strong follow-up and problem-solving capabilities.

Software Knowledge Required:

Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
Meeting and Scheduling Tools.
Document Management Systems.
ERP/CRM Software knowledge will be an added advantage.
Basic MIS Reporting and Data Management.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Additional certification in Executive Assistance or Office Administration will be preferred.
