CARE GLOBAL EDUCATIONVacancy: Centre Manager

Location: Cherthala, Alappuzha, Kerala
Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on experience
Employment Type: Full-time

Care Global Education is looking for an energetic, organised and results-focused Centre Manager to take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of our Cherthala centre, including student recruitment, team leadership, marketing, admissions coordination and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Centre Management: Take overall responsibility for the smooth and effective day-to-day operation of the Care Global Education centre.
Student Recruitment: Plan and coordinate activities to generate student enquiries, follow up prospective leads and improve conversion into admissions.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate and supervise the counselling, marketing and administrative team, allocate responsibilities and monitor individual and team performance.
Student & Parent Engagement: Communicate confidently with prospective students and parents, understand their educational requirements and ensure they receive accurate, professional and timely guidance.
Admissions Coordination: Oversee student applications and admissions, ensuring documentation, follow-up and communication with students, parents and partner institutions are completed efficiently.
Marketing & Social Media: Coordinate the organisation's social media, digital marketing and local promotional activities to increase visibility and generate new student enquiries.
Campaign Planning: Plan and implement online and offline student recruitment campaigns, events, educational programmes and promotional activities.
Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, universities, training providers and other relevant organisations to develop recruitment and referral opportunities.
Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation: Set weekly and monthly priorities, monitor enquiries, admissions, lead conversion and team performance, and report progress to the management team.
Business Development: Identify new courses, institutions, markets and business opportunities and develop new approaches to support the continued growth of Care Global Education.
Quality & Customer Service: Ensure students and parents receive a consistently professional, supportive and high-quality service throughout their engagement with the organisation.
Administration & Reporting: Maintain appropriate records, reports and operational information and ensure that centre activities are organised and completed on time.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

Is confident, responsible and able to take ownership of the overall functioning of the centre. The successful candidate should be comfortable managing a small team, speaking with students and parents, monitoring performance and developing new ideas to improve student recruitment and business growth.

The role requires someone who can combine people management, student recruitment, marketing, administration and business development and who is willing to take initiative rather than waiting for day-to-day instructions.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

BBA, MBA or another relevant qualification in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Commerce or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience is mandatory.
Applicants should have direct experience in one or more of the following areas: student recruitment, educational consultancy, admissions, centre management, education-sector marketing, sales or business development.
Candidates without relevant professional experience will not be considered for this role.
Previous experience specifically in student recruitment, educational consultancy or admissions is strongly preferred.
Strong English language skills, both spoken and written.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Confidence in communicating with students, parents, educational institutions and external partners.
Strong team leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to supervise, motivate and coordinate a small team.
Ability to set priorities, allocate work and monitor staff performance.
Good understanding of student recruitment, lead management and admissions processes.
Experience or working knowledge of social media and digital marketing would be an advantage.
Good planning, organisational, administrative and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, take responsibility and make appropriate day-to-day decisions.
A strong results-focused and customer-service-oriented approach.
