Responsibilities

Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
Develop 2D drafting using AutoCAD.
Create 3D models and renderings using SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams.
Prepare construction and submission drawings.
Visit project sites when required and coordinate with clients and contractors.
Ensure drawings comply with applicable building regulations and project requirements.
Revise drawings based on client feedback and project changes.
Maintain project documentation and meet deadlines.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
0–3 years of experience (Freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply).
Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or other visualization software is preferred.
Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
