Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven WhatsApp & LinkedIn Lead Generation Executive to strengthen our digital marketing and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's WhatsApp Business and LinkedIn platforms, generating high-quality B2B leads, engaging with prospects, and supporting the sales team by converting digital interactions into business opportunities.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in LinkedIn networking, WhatsApp Business marketing, content posting, lead nurturing, and CRM management.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Generation

· Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn and WhatsApp Business.

· Identify and connect with decision-makers, business owners, distributors, dealers, and potential clients.

· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.

· Qualify leads and coordinate with the Sales team for further conversion.

LinkedIn Management

· Manage and optimize the company's LinkedIn page.

· Create and publish engaging posts, company updates, product launches, and industry-related content.

· Expand the company's professional network by connecting with relevant prospects.

· Respond promptly to messages, comments, and enquiries.

· Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools (if available) for prospecting and lead generation.

· Monitor LinkedIn analytics and prepare performance reports.

WhatsApp Business Management

· Manage the company's WhatsApp Business account professionally.

· Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.

· Share product catalogues, brochures, company updates, promotional campaigns, and announcements.

· Conduct WhatsApp marketing campaigns and broadcast messages while following platform guidelines.

· Maintain customer databases and conversation records.

· Follow up with prospects to improve lead conversion.

Digital Marketing Support

· Coordinate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns.

· Assist in creating digital marketing content, banners, creatives, and promotional materials.

· Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.

· Stay updated on the latest LinkedIn and WhatsApp marketing trends and best practices.

Reporting & Documentation

· Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM or Excel.

· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead generation activities.

· Track key performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve results.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Visual Communication, Computer Applications, or any relevant discipline.

· Freshers (0–1 year) are encouraged to apply.

· Internship or certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
