Full job description

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Lead, train, and motivate bartenders and service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Create and maintain a positive, professional, and collaborative team culture.
Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships.
Monitor beverage costs, wastage, and profitability to meet financial targets.
Develop and maintain operational reports, sales reports, and inventory records.
Ensure all opening, closing, and cash-handling procedures are followed accurately.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and bar organization.
Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
Work closely with management on promotions, events, and beverage program development.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager in premium bars, speakeasy bars, neighbourhood bars, cocktail bars, or high-end hospitality venues.
Candidates must have relevant experience exclusively in bar operations. Experience limited to restaurants, cafés, hotels, or banquets without dedicated bar management exposure will not be considered.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, mixology, and beverage service standards.
Proven experience managing inventory, ordering, cost control, and reporting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Experience managing high-volume bar operations is preferred.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
