Role & responsibilities

Collect payments through cash, card, UPI, bank transfer, and other approved modes.
Reconcile guest payments with invoices and maintain accurate payment records.
Coordinate with the Accounts team regarding payment discrepancies and outstanding balances.
Maintain front office records, guest documents, and daily reports.
Manage inventory of operational supplies.
Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requisitions when required.
Receive, verify, and issue inventory items while maintaining proper stock details
Prepare daily cash collection, payment, and inventory reports for management
Follow company policies, SOPs, and internal control procedures
