About the Role

IQuippo Services Private Limited is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and career-oriented Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Sales & Auction Operations to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in Sales, Auction Operations, Asset Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management. The selected candidate will undergo structured on-the-job training at our Gurugram office for the initial 3–4 months. Upon successful completion of the training program, the candidate will be permanently posted at our Hyderabad office, where they will independently manage sales, client onboarding, auction operations, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing end-to-end auction operations and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, buyers, sellers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of auction and sales processes.
Support client onboarding by collecting KYC documents, completing onboarding formalities, and maintaining accurate customer records.
Assist in asset inspections, inventory verification, valuation support, and documentation.
Prepare auction catalogs, sales presentations, proposals, client onboarding documents, and other marketing materials.
Develop and maintain product and asset catalogs with accurate specifications, descriptions, photographs, and pricing details.
Generate sales leads, conduct customer follow-ups, and support business development initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, buyers, sellers, and business partners.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, auction reports, and operational documentation.
Coordinate auction schedules and ensure timely execution of all operational activities.
Travel within Hyderabad and nearby locations for client meetings, business development, site visits, asset inspections, and customer interactions, as required.
After successful completion of the training period, independently manage assigned sales territory, client relationships, auction activities, and operational responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and quality standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Preferred), or Graduation in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., BA, BCA, etc.).
Candidates with a Commerce or Accounts background or working knowledge of accounting and commercial documentation are also encouraged to apply.
Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of sales, auctions, asset management, operations, business development, or customer relationship management will be an added advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced work environment.
Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad after successfully completing the mandatory training period in Gurugram.

Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI tools for research, documentation, presentations, data analysis, and improving work efficiency.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision after the training period.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel frequently for sales, client meetings, site inspections, and operational activities.

Training & Work Location

Training Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Mandatory for 3–4 Months)

Permanent Posting: Hyderabad, Telangana

The selected candidate will undergo comprehensive classroom and on-the-job training at the Gurugram office, gaining practical exposure to auction operations, client onboarding, asset inspections, sales processes, business development, and customer relationship management.

After successful completion of the training program, the candidate will be permanently posted at the Hyderabad office and will be expected to independently handle sales, auction operations, client servicing, and business development across the assigned territory.
