Digital Marketing Executive

About The Arch International

The Arch International is an overseas education consultancy helping students with IELTS, university selection, applications and student visa processing for destinations including the UK, Ireland and other international study destinations.

We are growing our student acquisition and digital presence and are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive who can take ownership of our digital marketing activities and generate measurable student leads.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing and improving our Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media and content strategy.

This is not a role where we are looking for someone who only creates posts or reports numbers. We want someone who understands performance marketing and lead generation and can connect marketing activity to actual counselling, applications and student enrolments.

Key ResponsibilitiesGoogle Ads

Plan, launch and manage Google Search and other relevant campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and identify high-intent search terms.
Create and optimise campaigns for IELTS, UK, Ireland and study-abroad services.
Manage budgets, bids, targeting and conversion tracking.
Continuously optimise campaigns to reduce CPL and improve lead quality.
Analyse search terms, CTR, CPC, conversion rates and campaign ROI.
Test different ad copies, landing pages and campaigns.

Meta Ads — Facebook & Instagram

Plan and manage Meta advertising campaigns.
Create lead-generation, traffic, engagement and retargeting campaigns.
Develop audience targeting strategies for students and parents.
Set up retargeting campaigns for website visitors, video viewers and previous leads.
Test different creatives, audiences and messaging.
Monitor CPL, lead quality and conversion performance.
Work with the content team to develop high-performing ad creatives.

SEO

Develop and execute an SEO strategy for The Arch International.
Conduct keyword research around IELTS, UK universities, Ireland universities, study abroad and student visas.
Optimise website pages, landing pages, blogs and metadata.
Identify content opportunities based on student search behaviour.
Build and maintain internal linking structures.
Monitor rankings, organic traffic and conversions.
Use tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics to identify opportunities and issues.
Develop a long-term organic lead-generation strategy.

Social Media / SMM

Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Create and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
Plan content around:
IELTS
UK universities
Ireland universities
Student visas
Scholarships
Student success stories
University offers
Visa success stories
Study-abroad tips
Coordinate Reels, posts, stories and other short-form content.
Track engagement, reach, follower growth and leads generated from social media.
Stay updated with current social media trends and student behaviour.

Lead Generation & Analytics

Track the complete digital marketing funnel:
Ad → Lead → Counselling → Application → Offer → Visa
Work closely with counsellors and the admissions team to understand lead quality.
Analyse which campaigns and channels generate actual students, not just leads.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Maintain accurate conversion tracking.
Recommend changes based on data rather than assumptions.Requirements
2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience preferred.
Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Good understanding of SEO and Google Search Console.
Experience managing social media accounts and content calendars.
Understanding of Google Analytics/GA4 and conversion tracking.
Experience with lead-generation campaigns.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Experience in the education, IELTS, immigration or overseas education industry will be an advantage.

Important

We are looking for someone who can actually run campaigns, not someone who only knows digital marketing terminology.

You should be comfortable with:

Setting up campaigns yourself
Reading campaign data
Optimising ads
Testing creatives
Finding keywords
Improving landing pages
Tracking conversions
Identifying poor-quality leads
Explaining why CPL increased or decreased
Taking responsibility for marketing performance
