# Program Coordinator (EdTech – Live Programs & Operations)

**Organization:** NanoSchool.in (NSTC – Nano Science & Technology Consortium)

**Location:** Noida (Work from Office)

**Employment Type:** Full-Time

**Experience:** 0–5 Years ( Fresher also consider )

# Position Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to manage the end-to-end execution of live online learning programs.

The Program Coordinator will serve as the operational owner of every workshop by coordinating mentors, participants, technology platforms, Live Labs, quality assurance, documentation, academic marketing support, and post-program reporting. The role requires excellent communication, project coordination, stakeholder management, and operational execution skills to ensure a seamless learning experience.

## Key Responsibilities

### 1. Program Planning & Operations

Coordinate end-to-end execution of live workshops and certification programs.
Prepare program execution plans and operational checklists.
Coordinate with mentors, academic teams, sales, marketing, LMS, and technical teams.
Ensure workshops are delivered in accordance with approved schedules and quality standards.

### 2. Mentor Coordination

Schedule mentor briefings and technical rehearsals.
Collect presentations, study materials, assignments, and session resources.
Coordinate recording consent and workshop requirements.
Support mentors throughout live sessions.

### 3. Participant Management

Manage registrations, participant databases, attendance, and certificates.
Send confirmation emails, reminders, joining links, and post-session communications.
Resolve participant queries before, during, and after workshops.
Ensure a high-quality learner experience.

### 4. Live Workshop Execution

Host and manage Google Meet/Zoom sessions.
Monitor attendance, chat, Q&A, recordings, and participant engagement.
Handle technical issues and maintain smooth workshop delivery.
Coordinate Live Labs demonstrations where applicable.

### 5. Live Labs & LMS Coordination

Verify Live Labs access before every session.
Coordinate with the LMS team for course availability.
Collect mentor and participant feedback for product improvements.
Maintain issue logs and escalation records.

### 6. Recording & Documentation

Ensure all workshop recordings meet quality standards.
Organize recordings using standardized naming conventions.
Maintain attendance records, workshop reports, and documentation.
Coordinate post-session learning assets and archives.

### 7. Academic Marketing Support

Extract technical and academic keywords from workshop content.
Prepare keyword mapping and research-oriented datasets.
Support SEO, academic outreach, and content marketing initiatives.
Assist in audience segmentation and campaign preparation.

### 8. Email Campaign Operations

Coordinate approved email campaigns using Sendy.
Verify mailing lists, campaign content, dates, links, and schedules.
Monitor campaign performance, open rates, clicks, and reporting.
Maintain marketing operation records and campaign dashboards.

### 9. Quality Assurance & Reporting

Conduct workshop quality reviews using standardized checklists.
Analyze participant feedback and mentor feedback.
Prepare workshop performance reports and improvement recommendations.
Ensure compliance with SOPs and organizational quality standards.

## Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Science, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
Experience in EdTech, online learning, training operations, or academic program management.
Exposure to AI, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or Deep Science education is an advantage.
Familiarity with online learning platforms and webinar tools.
