Role : Sales & Marketing Manager (B2C)

Location: Adityapur Industrial Area

Industry: Heavy Automotive / Commercial Vehicle Body Building

About the Company

A leading manufacturer of high-quality truck ,trailer, tipper, bulker bodies for commercial vehicles, serving customers across construction, mining, infrastructure, and logistics sectors.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the B2C sales efforts in the heavy automotive segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of tipper body-building solutions, expanding the customer base, strengthening dealer and customer relationships, and executing marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market share.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Generate new business opportunities through field visits, customer meetings, referrals, and market development activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet owners, transporters, contractors, individual truck owners, and other key customers.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable tipper body solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
Coordinate with production, design, and service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer records, and pipeline reports using CRM or other reporting tools.
Ensure prompt collection of payments and support after-sales service coordination.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet customers and develop new business.

Required

8-10 years of sales and marketing experience in commercial vehicles, automotive body building, heavy equipment, trailers, or related industries.
Proven experience in B2C sales with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong understanding of the commercial vehicle industry and customer buying behavior.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Experience

Experience in tipper body building, truck body fabrication, commercial vehicle dealerships, or heavy automotive products.
Existing network among fleet operators, contractors, mining companies, transporters, and truck owners will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
