Key Responsibilities:

Guide and support students throughout their admission process.
Communicate with prospective students through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Provide accurate information about educational programs and services.
Maintain student records and update the CRM/database.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth student support.
Follow up with enquiries and assist students with required documentation.
Achieve assigned counselling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the study abroad, education, EdTech, or customer service industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
