About the Role

We are looking for a Company Secretary (CS) to join our professional team at Muvattupuzha.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshly qualified Company Secretaries as well as experienced professionals looking to build their career in a CA firm environment with exposure to Company Law, ROC/MCA compliances, corporate documentation, and advisory-related work.

Candidates residing in and around the Muvattupuzha–Perumbavoor–Kothamangalam–Kolenchery–Angamaly belt are particularly encouraged to apply.

We also welcome applications from outstation candidates. For candidates with the right profile, experience, and skill set, we can explore the feasibility of a remote/hybrid working arrangement, depending on the nature of work and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Handle MCA/ROC compliances for companies and LLPs
Preparation and filing of statutory forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA)
Maintain statutory registers, records, minutes, and corporate documentation
Assist with incorporation of companies and LLPs
Handle annual filings and event-based compliances
Support in matters relating to Companies Act, LLP Act and applicable corporate laws
Draft notices, resolutions, minutes, declarations and other corporate documents
Coordinate with clients for collection of documents and completion of compliances
Monitor statutory deadlines and ensure timely completion of assignments
Assist in providing corporate compliance support and advisory services to clients
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution of assignments

Eligibility

Qualified Company Secretary (ACS) – Freshly qualified candidates are welcome to apply
CS professionals with relevant work experience will be preferred for senior responsibilities
Candidates with practical exposure to MCA/ROC compliance and Companies Act matters will have an added advantage
Strong understanding of corporate compliance and documentation
Good written and verbal communication skills

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of Companies Act and MCA/ROC compliances
Practical understanding of statutory filings and corporate documentation
Good drafting and documentation skills
Ability to independently manage compliance assignments and deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office / Excel
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Good client coordination and communication abilities
Ability to work in a professional, deadline-driven environment

Compensation will be determined based on qualification, experience, practical exposure, and overall fit.

Muvattupuzha, Kerala

Local candidates: Candidates from Muvattupuzha and nearby areas are strongly encouraged to apply.

Outstation candidates: We are open to considering candidates from outside the locality as well. Depending on the candidate's profile and the nature of responsibilities, the feasibility of a remote/hybrid arrangement may be discussed.
