FCO Staff – Job Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and onboard suitable mobile shops for student practical training.
Build and maintain good relationships with shop owners and business partners.
Visit shops regularly to verify training quality and ensure a conducive learning environment for students.
Coordinate student placement in assigned training shops based on availability and requirements.
Monitor students' attendance, performance, and progress during the training period.
Resolve issues or concerns raised by students or shop owners related to training.
Collect the agreed training fees or payments from partner shops and maintain accurate records.
Conduct periodic assessments and inspections of training shops to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on shop visits, collections, student placements, and training status.
Assist students by providing guidance and support throughout their practical training.
Identify new training partners and expand the organization's network of approved mobile shops.
Coordinate with the Branch and HR teams regarding student training assignments and operational requirements.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
