Full job description

The Delivery & Support Team Lead is responsible for managing the delivery, implementation, and support of IT infrastructure solutions. This role leads the delivery team, coordinates with internal departments and customers, and ensures projects are completed on time, meet quality standards, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Delivery & Support team.
Plan and assign daily work to team members.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within the agreed scope.
Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Procurement, and Technical teams for smooth project execution.
Oversee the installation and support of IT infrastructure solutions, including Networking, Servers, Storage, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, Backup, and Managed Services.
Monitor project progress and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are achieved.
Handle customer escalations and ensure issues are resolved quickly.
Maintain project documentation, implementation reports, and service records.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support to team members.
Conduct regular team meetings and ensure effective communication across departments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing timely updates and quality service.
Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and team efficiency.
Ensure company policies, quality standards, and information security requirements are followed.
Prepare regular reports on project status, service performance, and team activities.
Be flexible to travel and work at customer locations for project implementation and support whenever required.

Required Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good knowledge of IT Infrastructure solutions.
Understanding of Networking, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Servers, Storage, Microsoft 365, and Managed Services.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Integration, Managed Services, or Technical Support.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading a technical or delivery team.
ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, VMware, AWS, or similar certifications will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
