Orange Wedding Store is a trusted destination for premium bridal, wedding, and ethnic wear. We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and a seamless shopping experience. We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-friendly Billing Staff to join our retail team.

Job Summary

The Billing Staff will be responsible for handling customer billing, processing payments, maintaining accurate transaction records, and supporting day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, trustworthy, and able to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Generate customer invoices accurately using the billing/POS system.
Process cash, UPI, credit/debit card, and other digital payments.
Verify product details, pricing, discounts, and promotions before billing.
Issue bills, receipts, exchange, and refund documents as per company policy.
Maintain accurate daily cash and transaction records.
Reconcile cash collections and prepare end-of-day billing reports.
Assist customers with billing-related queries in a professional manner.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth billing and checkout.
Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information.
Support inventory updates and basic administrative tasks when required.
Ensure the billing counter is organized and compliant with company proceduresQualifications
Higher Secondary (Plus Two) or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills Required

Experience using POS or billing software.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
Honest, reliable, and well-organized.
