About SICONICA

SICONICA is a global software, AI and technology discovery platform designed to help businesses discover, explore and connect with software, AI, cloud, cybersecurity and emerging technology providers from around the world.

As we prepare for our global launch, we are expanding our Vendor Partnerships team and are seeking motivated professionals who enjoy building relationships and helping technology companies increase their visibility and grow their business.

About the Role

As a Global Vendor Outreach Specialist, you will play a key role in introducing technology companies to SICONICA and helping them understand the value of being featured on our platform.

You will be provided with qualified vendor lists and will proactively contact software, AI and technology companies around the world to introduce SICONICA, explain our visibility and advertising opportunities, and guide prospective vendors through the process of selecting the package that best suits their business.

This is a relationship-building role that combines consultative sales, business development and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Contact software, AI and technology companies from company-provided vendor lists.
Identify and communicate with the appropriate decision-makers within each organisation, including marketing, business development and executive teams.
Introduce SICONICA and present our platform as a valuable opportunity for increasing brand exposure and lead generation.
Send media kits, sponsorship information and advertising packages to prospective vendors.
Explain the features and benefits of vendor profiles, featured listings, sponsorship opportunities and advertising packages.
Build strong relationships with prospective vendors through professional follow-up communication.
Respond to enquiries and guide vendors through the onboarding process.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and conversations within company systems.
Meet outreach, engagement and conversion targets.
Work closely with the Marketing and Vendor Success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Provide market feedback and identify new opportunities to grow vendor participation across different countries and industries.

Skills & Experience

Experience in business development, sales, customer success or account management is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Confident communicating with professionals across different countries and cultures.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable using email, LinkedIn and other professional communication platforms.
Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven.
Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative global team.
An interest in software, AI or technology is advantageous but not essential.

Strong conversion of prospective vendors into paying platform participants.
Consistent achievement of outreach and revenue targets.
Positive vendor relationships and excellent customer experience.
Growth in the number of technology companies represented on the SICONICA platform.

Successful candidates may be assigned to a specific international market and working schedule based on business requirements, experience and availability.

As this is a global-facing role, candidates should be comfortable working within an assigned international time zone, which may include morning, afternoon, evening or night shifts in India.
