About the Role

We are an event management company specializing in corporate and private events.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive / Sales Partner who can bring new corporate clients and generate business for our event services.

* Our Services Corporate Team-Building Events *Corporate Fun Days Corporate Annual Days *Award Nights Employee Family Days Corporate *Celebrations Product Launches Corporate Sports *Events Customized Corporate Events Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential corporate clients. Find and contact HR Managers, Admin Managers, Business Heads, Founders and other decision-makers. Generate new corporate leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and personal networking. Arrange meetings with potential clients. Understand the client's event requirements, budget and expectations. Present suitable event concepts and packages to clients. Coordinate with our internal event team for quotations and proposals. Follow up with prospective clients regularly. Negotiate with clients and help convert enquiries into confirmed events. Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients. Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, follow-ups and conversions. Generate repeat business from existing corporate clients. Bring new corporate event projects to the company. Coordinate with the client and internal team until the event is successfully confirmed and handed over for execution. Commission Structure Performance-Based Commission Earn 30% of the gross profit generated from the event successfully brought by you. Commission is applicable only to confirmed business generated through your efforts. Commission will be paid according to the company's agreed payment terms after the relevant client payment is received. Example Client Event Value: ₹2,00,000 Event Execution Cost: ₹1,20,000 Gross Profit: ₹80,000 Your Commission (30%): ₹24,000 Who We Are Looking For Good communication and negotiation skills. Confident in approaching companies and decision-makers. Strong sales and business development mindset. Ability to generate leads independently. Ability to communicate professionally with corporate clients. Good follow-up and relationship-building skills. Experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, event sales, hospitality, media or advertising is preferred. Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are welcome. Existing corporate network will be an advantage. Willingness to travel within Ahmedabad for client meetings when required. Important This is a performance-based sales role. Earnings depend on the business successfully generated by you. There is no joining fee or investment required from the candidate. Commission terms will be discussed and agreed upon before onboarding.
