Full job description

About This Role

An Operation Executive is a professional responsible for overseeing and managing various operational aspects within an organization to ensure efficiency, productivity, and smooth workflow. The specific responsibilities of an Operation Executive can vary depending on the industry and organization.

Responsibilities:

● Proficient in working ZOHO Platform (ZOHO CRM, ZOHO BOOKS, ZOHO EXPENSE, ZOHO INVENTORY).

● Adding of new hospitals, preparing quotation for hospitals, mailing the estimates to the responsible person.

● Preparing data for Incentives.

● Tracking and updating orders received on daily basis and executing them as per priority

● Preparing payment due hospitals report.

● Checking invoices, downloading, and sending daily to the despatch team for deliver the patches.

● In case of staff shortage give a hand help (moving the patches, packing, sealing the patches, prepare declaration, preparing E-way bill and documentation) for despatch team for deliver the patches.

● Report making and excel works which are done as per the needs of the superior.

● Preparing E-invoices.

● Collecting pending mail IDs of all hospitals.

● Pushing invoices from Zoho inventory to GST site.

● Adjusting the customer payment and Roundoff that in Journal Entry.

● Contribute and maintain the documentation requirements according to the Quality Management System

Skills Required:

● Experience in overseeing day-to-day billing and order processing activities

● The ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Knowledge for analyse financial data.

● Experience in quality acquisition and good observation.

● Experience in ensuring operations comply with relevant guidelines.

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

● The ability to build and maintain relationships with team.

● Ability to contribute to strategic planning and provide insights for operational improvements aligned with the company's goals.

● Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. The capacity to identify issues, analyse data, and implement effective solutions.

● Experience implementing and managing quality control measures to maintain high service and product quality standards.

● Experience in Excel, Word, PowerPoint

● Knowledge on import and export documentation

Educational Qualifications:

B.com Graduate

Experience (in years):

1 to 4 Years

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
