Job Description:
Manipal Hospitals is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The Nurse will also play a critical role in patient education, advocating for patients, and maintaining a safe and sanitary environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform patient assessments, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
Develop and implement nursing care plans based on patient assessments and medical histories.
Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare team members to plan and evaluate patient care.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and best practices.
Participate in continuing education to stay current with nursing practices and advancements in healthcare.

Skills and Tools Required:

Registered Nurse (RN) license and relevant nursing qualifications.
