Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE) Property/Facility Management

FAMROX is a professional Integrated Facility Management Services (IFMS) company providing Housekeeping, Technical Maintenance, Manpower Solutions, Pest Control, Security Coordination, Hygiene Management, and Customized Facility Solutions to commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational, retail, and residential clients with modern equipments and technologies.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth, generate new leads, develop client relationships, and expand FAMROX's Property/ facility management service portfolio across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, industrial, healthcare, educational, retail, and residential segments.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and field visits.
Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with operations teams to develop customized service proposals.

Sales & Client Acquisition

Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.

Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with clients, consultants, facility heads, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services.
Coordinate with operations teams for seamless onboarding of new clients.

Market Intelligence

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Gather customer feedback and provide strategic inputs to management.
Identify opportunities in government, institutional, and private sector tenders.

Reporting

Submit weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and closures.
Track and report business development KPIs.

Required Qualifications

Must have 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales in Facility Management, Manpower Services, Security Services, Industrial Services, or related sectors.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred.

Desired Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to generate and convert leads independently.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
