Full job description

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Manage the organisation’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
Plan, create, publish, and manage social media content.
Develop platform-specific content including posts, reels, shorts, videos, and other digital formats.
Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and communication across platforms.
Track content performance and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement.

Branding & Creative Design

Design and maintain marketing and brand communication material.
Design proposals, presentations, pitch decks, brochures, social media creatives, event collateral, and other marketing material.
Translate concepts and business requirements into clean, professional visual communication.
Maintain consistency across typography, layouts, colours, imagery, and other brand elements.
Work primarily with Canva and PowerPoint, with flexibility to use other design tools where required.

Website Management & Digital Presence

Manage and update the organisation’s primary WordPress website.
Coordinate with the external website developer for technical changes, improvements, and new requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve website content, structure, user experience, and visual presentation.
Design and prototype new websites or digital experiences when required, including using tools such as Replit.
Coordinate content, design, and technical requirements between internal teams and developers.

Video Production

Plan and execute video shoots for corporate videos, interviews, podcasts, long-form content, reels, and short-form social media content.
Handle camera setup, framing, lighting, and basic production requirements.
Record and manage audio for video productions.
Record, clean, mix, and synchronise audio for video content.
Edit and colour grade videos for professional, platform-appropriate output.
Create motion graphics, animated elements, titles, transitions, and other visual effects where required.
Adapt long-form content into shorter formats for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

Marketing & Digital Communications

Design and distribute mass email campaigns and marketing communications using Zoho Campaigns, including designing, scheduling, and sending email campaigns.
Prepare supporting creative assets for campaigns, events, announcements, and business development initiatives.
Work with internal teams to understand requirements and turn them into finished marketing outputs.
Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while working within deadlines.

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of social media content and digital branding.
Strong visual design and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Canva and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of WordPress and website content management.
Familiarity with website development workflows and the ability to communicate effectively with developers.
Experience with video editing, colour grading, audio recording/mixing, and motion graphics.
Good understanding of photography, videography, framing, lighting, and audio.
Ability to independently take a project from brief → concept → production → final output.
Strong attention to detail and consistency.
Good written communication and an understanding of professional business communication.
Ability to balance creative thinking with practical business requirements.

Nice to Have

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
Experience with Replit or similar development/prototyping platforms.
Experience managing corporate or professional-services brands.
Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
Experience with email marketing and mass-mailing platforms.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
