HR Executive – Talent Acquisition

We are looking for an HR Executive who can manage Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, Employee Onboarding and HR Coordination
3–5 years of experience in Technical Recruitment / Talent Acquisition with exposure to IT or Ed-Tech hiring.

We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive – Talent Acquisition who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment, recruitment operations, employee onboarding, and HR coordination while building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business stakeholders.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate should have experience in Technical Recruitment, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding. You will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, maintaining recruitment metrics, coordinating with hiring managers, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and supporting HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Source, screen, interview, shortlist, and coordinate candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely communication with candidates.
- Manage offer rollout, salary negotiation, offer acceptance, and onboarding.
- Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts and successful offer closures.
· Assist in employee grievance handling and HR policy implementation.
· Experience in IT Recruitment, Technical Hiring, HR Operations, or EdTech Recruitment will be preferred.
- Track recruitment KPIs including Time-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Ratio and Source Effectiveness.
· Experience using ATS, HRMS and recruitment portals.
- Reporting To: HR Manager / Director – Operations / Co-Founder
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure timely communication with candidates.
- Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, offer acceptance, and successful offer closures.
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
· Conduct weekly hiring review meetings.
· Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and recruitment partners.
· Forecast hiring requirements and build talent pipelines.

Identify and source candidates using:

- Employee Referral Programs
Candidates with experience in Boolean Search, advanced sourcing techniques, and passive candidate engagement will be preferred.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Conduct regular hiring review meetings.
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, clients, vendors, and recruitment partners.
- Forecast hiring requirements and proactively build talent pipelines.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Recruitment Operations
- Maintain candidate records using ATS and HRMS platforms.
- Track recruitment KPIs, including:
- Time-to-Hire
- Offer Acceptance Ratio
- Source Effectiveness
- Recruitment Funnel Metrics
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment MIS reports.
- Coordinate background verification and document collection.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and documentation.
- Maintain candidate records using ATS/HRMS.
- Track recruitment KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate background verification and document collection.
Conduct induction and onboarding for new hires
Campus & Bulk Hiring
Plan and execute recruitment initiatives including:
- Walk-in Drives
- Campus Recruitment
- Virtual Hiring Drives
- Bulk Hiring Campaigns
- Recruitment Events
- Job Fairs
HR Operations & Employee Support
- Support employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Coordinate employee documentation and joining formalities.
- Assist in attendance and leave management.
- Support employee grievance handling.
- Assist in HR policy implementation and employee communication.
- Coordinate HR-related administrative activities whenever required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Technical Recruitment, or HR Operations.
- Experience using ATS, HRMS, and recruitment portals.
- Previous experience in technical hiring and HR operations is an added advantage.
- MBA in HR is preferred.
- Experience working in recruitment in IT / EdTech will be more preferred
