About the team and role

Quantaco is a leading Australian data-driven technology company delivering hospitality specific insights that improve the performance of hospitality stakeholders.

At Quantaco, we deliver state-of-the-art predictive financial data services for the Australian hospitality industry, accelerating through hyper-automation.

Our Hyderabad team is the cross-functional heartbeat of Quantaco, spanning accountants, engineers, data analysts, operations, and general management.

The Project Coordinator plays a key role within Quantaco Platform Services, supporting the day-to-day rhythm of sprint delivery across squads. This role owns sprint administration, Scrum ceremony facilitation, and Jira hygiene, while coordinating closely with Product, Tech, and stakeholders to keep execution on track. The Project Coordinator ensures blockers are surfaced early, UAT and roll-outs run smoothly, and progress remains clearly visible to the team and leadership.

Responsibilities of the role

Sprint Administration & Delivery Tracking

Administer sprint planning, tracking, and delivery across projects.
Maintain sprint boards, backlogs, and delivery trackers with accurate, up-to-date information.
Provide clear visibility on progress and delivery status to squads and leadership.

Scrum Ceremony Facilitation

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Keep ceremonies structured, time-boxed, and action-oriented, capturing and following up on outcomes.

Jira Hygiene & Reporting

Ensure Jira hygiene and accurate status tracking across epics, stories, and tasks.
Maintain consistent labelling, linking, and status updates to support clean reporting.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate across Product, Tech, and stakeholders for smooth project execution within the sprint context.
Act as a day-to-day point of contact to keep sprint-level communication clear and consistent.

UAT & Roll-out Coordination

Coordinate UAT scheduling, execution tracking, and sign-off ahead of roll-out.
Support smooth roll-outs by aligning Product, Tech, and business stakeholders on readiness.

Risk & Blocker Management

Identify and resolve blockers, risks, and dependencies within the sprint.

Escalate unresolved issues promptly to the Project Lead or Project Manager.

Personal Attributes

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

Demonstrated experience coordinating Agile/Scrum delivery, ideally in a squad-based environment.
Hands-on experience administering Jira (boards, backlogs, sprints, reporting).
Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
Exposure to UAT coordination and release/roll-out processes.
Strong stakeholder coordination skills across Product, Tech, and business teams.
Good understanding of risk, dependency, and blocker management within a sprint context.
