Job Description – Talent Acquisition Specialist

Experience: Fresher (0–1 Year)
Location: IBC Piplod, Surat
Department: Human Resources
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist – Fresher to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the complete recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidates on relevant skills, experience, communication, and suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the concerned department.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and selection status.
Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate expectations.
Prepare and share job descriptions and job postings on relevant platforms.
Maintain proper documentation and records throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in offer coordination, joining formalities, and candidate follow-ups.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support the HR team in other recruitment-related activities as required.

Skills & Competencies:

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
Good candidate screening and communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and tasks simultaneously.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Good time management and organizational skills.

Eligibility:

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, M.A HRD or relevant field
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with internship experience in recruitment/HR will be preferred.
