The position of Floor Manager provides real-time operational governance across the physical floor, orchestrating auxiliary clinical staff, synchronizing operatory turnover, enforcing NABH compliance, and protecting the patient experience.
Organizational Governance and Reporting Structure
The Floor Manager serves as the primary operational coordinator within the facility, bridging clinical management and daily administrative execution. Functioning immediately below the Clinical Director and Senior Practice Leadership, the Floor Manager exercises direct supervisory authority over non-clinical floor staff, chairside dental assistants, Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) technicians, front-office executives, and housekeeping personnel.
