Role Summary

We are looking for a Territory Development Manager (TDM) to drive sales, territory development and partner expansion for Ceramic Pro & Kavaca within the assigned territory. The TDM will be responsible for new business development, partner acquisition, existing partner management and achievement of territory sales targets.

· Reporting To: Zonal Business Manager (ZBM)

· Employment Type: Full-Time

· Relocation to Hyderabad is not required but the candidate will need to be based in Hyderabad during the initial 30-day training period.

· Role Type: Field Sales / Business Development

· Travel: Extensive travel within the assigned territory

· Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite (6 Days, Monday–Saturday)

Key Responsibilities

· Drive sales and revenue growth for Ceramic Pro & Kavaca within the assigned territory.

· Identify, approach and onboard detailing studios, PPF installers, car dealers, workshops and potential franchise partners.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the ZBM.

· Conduct regular market visits and expand coverage across the assigned territory.

· Generate new leads and convert prospects into active business partners.

· Support partner onboarding, activation and business growth.

· Educate partners on Ceramic Pro, Kavaca and related product offerings.

· Monitor competitor activities, market trends and new business opportunities.

· Coordinate with internal technical, marketing and operations teams for partner support.

· Maintain accurate sales pipeline, visit reports and territory MIS.

· Provide regular business updates, forecasts and market intelligence to the ZBM.

Mandatory Requirements

· 2-3 years of sales/business development experience in the automobile domain.

· Experience in automotive/automotive aftermarket preferred but not mandatory.

· Strong territory sales and partner development experience.

· Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

· Willingness to undertake extensive field travel.

· Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

· Proficiency in Hindi and English, along with the relevant regional language of the assigned territory.

· Passionate about cars.

Preferred Experience (Not Mandatory)

Experience in any of the following will be an added advantage:

· Automotive detailing

· Ceramic coating

· PPF

· Car care products

· Automotive accessories

· Automotive dealership/channel sales

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
