Job Title:- Human Resource Executive
Experience:- 1-3 years
Location:- Chandigarh

Role and Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions, including Developers, QA/Testers, UI/UX Designers, DevOps Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and other technical roles.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
Facilitate employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
Prepare and maintain HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and employee records.
Track employee attendance, leave records, and other HR operational activities.
Address employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and company events.
Support performance appraisal and employee feedback processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and documentation requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company data.
Coordinate with various departments to fulfill hiring and HR operational needs.
Generate HR reports and provide recruitment and employee-related updates to management.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment and generalist activities.
Experience hiring for IT and technical positions is preferred.
