Job Description – Receptionist

Position: Receptionist

Job Summary

Kandhari Beverages Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a professional, courteous, and organized Receptionist to manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and employees. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to efficiently handle administrative and reception responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails, and courier services.
Direct visitors and calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Maintain visitor records and ensure compliance with security and visitor management procedures.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in arranging meetings and conferences.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, documents, and packages.
Maintain office stationery and reception-related supplies.
Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying, and document management.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other support staff to ensure smooth front-office operations.
Assist the HR and Administration team with routine administrative tasks as required.
Handle inquiries professionally and resolve basic concerns or redirect them appropriately.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or in a similar administrative role.
Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Strong time management and attention to detail.
